La Bene San Luis Launches the International DAISY Awards Program

San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., October 3, 2025

On October 1st, our hospital officially launched the international DAISY Awards Program, a distinction that seeks to recognize the commitment, dedication, and compassion of nursing professionals.

During the event, Medical Director Dr. Rubén Martínez emphasized the importance of valuing humanism in healthcare, while Nursing Manager Mtra. Fabiola Bárcenas highlighted that this recognition will strengthen the unity of the department and help consolidate a culture of humanity within the institution.

With this initiative, La Bene San Luis joins a select group of hospitals in Mexico and around the world that are part of this international movement, reaffirming its commitment to quality care and to recognizing those who dedicate their daily work to the vocation of service.

The DAISY Awards are an international recognition created to honor the extraordinary work of nurses. Its implementation at La Bene San Luis strengthens the values of empathy, commitment, and humanism that have guided the institution for more than 137 years.
